摘要
目的了解血粘度对视网膜中央动脉血流速度的影响。方法测定85例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血粘度和视网膜中央动脉血流速度。结果随着低切变率下全血粘度增大,右眼视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的最大血流速度(Vmax)下降(弱负相关P<0.01,r=-0.2634),随着高切变率下全血粘度、低切变率下全血粘度、血球压积的增大,左眼CRA的Vmax,平均血流速度(TAMX)下降(弱负相关,P<0.01,r<-0.35)。结论血粘度增大。
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood viscosity and velocity in the central retinal artery(CRA).Method Blood viscosity and velocity in CRA of 85 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were studied.Results There were negative correlations between whole-blood viscosity at low shear rate and maximum velocity of CRA in right eyes( P <0.01, r =-0.2634),and whole-blood viscosity at high and low shear rate,hematocrit and maximum velocity,mean-enveloped blood velocity of CRA in left eyes( P <0.01 Vmax: r =-0.3060,-0.2994,-0.3092,TAMX:r=-0.2769,-0.2669,-0.3275).Conclusion The velocity of CRA in diabetes decrease when blood viscosity increase.
