保留真皮下血管网全皮原位移植治疗大面积皮肤剥脱伤

Whole Thickness Skin Graft with Conservation of the Vascular Network of the Subdermal Layer for Repair of Extensive Skin Laceration

目的：介绍用保留真皮下血管网的全皮原位移植的方法治疗大面积皮肤剥脱伤。方法：对44例皮肤剥脱面积在100～2500cm2的患者，以该术式治疗。结果：经6～24月随访，优26例，良10例，中4例，差2例。结论：保留真皮下血管网的全皮移植是一种较新的植皮方法。正确掌握后，操作相对简单，皮肤成活率高，并且皮肤的颜色、功能均满意。

Extemsive lacerated skin loss was treated with subdermal vascular network preserving transplantation． Theauthors reported that 44 cases of extensive lacerated skin loss respectivly from 100cm2 to 2500cm2 in area，treated with this typeof skin graft．After follow－up of 6 months to 24 months，the results of 26 cases was excellent，10 cases good．4 cases mid and2 cases failed．The authors consider that this methed is simple and worthwhile for repar of extensive skin laceration．
