摘要
为降低车辆碰撞护栏端部事故严重性,通过事故形态分析,提出护栏端头碰撞条件与评价标准,并给出解决方案。结果表明,小型车碰撞护栏端头易造成乘员严重伤害,应采用小型车对护栏端头进行安全评价;卷板式护栏端头通过卷曲波形梁板吸收车辆动能,碰撞方向加速度为12.5 g,可有效防护小型车100 km/h正面碰撞;吸能箱式防撞垫通过结构变形吸收能量,小型车60 km/h正面碰撞加速度最大为10.7 g,侧面碰撞加速度最大为16.1 g。研究成果对护栏端头安全设计和标准完善有指导作用。
In order to reduce serious accidents at guardrail terminal position, guardrail terminal impact condition and evaluation specification were given out and several resolving method were brought out based on accident performance analysis. The results indicate that it should use small-scale vehicle for guardrail terminal safety evaluation for serious injury happed when it impact to guardrail terminals; Roll- ing w-beam terminal can absorb vehicle kinetic energy by rolling w-beam with maximum 12.5 g accelera- tion in impact direction, which can protect small-scale vehicle with 100 km/h velocity; Absorption-box crash cushion can absorb energy by structure deformation, the maximum acceleration is 10.7 g when small-scale vehicle frontal impact with 60km/h velocity and while that is 16.1 g when side impact with 100 km/h. Research results have directive function on guardrail terminal safety design and related standard Amendment.
