高等教育质量和质量保障是高等教育管理研究的前沿方向之一,自学考试是我国高等教育制度的重要组成部分,现行高等教育自学考试质量保障存在问题,运用系统论原理展开对我国自学考试的质量保障方面的研究,建立科学合理的高等教育自学考试质量保障体系,解决我国高等教育自学考试质量保障中的问题与不足,促进自学考试可持续全面健康发展。
