摘要
以电石渣为原料制备超轻微孔硅酸钙保温隔热制品。研究了硬硅钙石料浆"活性"和成型压力等因素对制品性能的影响。结果表明,硬硅钙石料浆"活性"高低和成型压力大小对超轻制品的制备有较大的影响;控制最佳的电石渣煅烧温度、动态水热合成及压滤成型等工艺参数可以制备出超轻微孔硅酸钙保温隔热材料。研制出的密度为128 kg/m3超轻制品各项性能指标均符合GB/T 10699—1998《硅酸钙绝热制品》和日本JISA 9510—198《无机多孔隔热材料》的标准要求。
The ultra-light microcellular thermal insulation material of calcium silicate was prepared by using carbide slag as the calcareous materials. The effects of influential factors including the activity of xonotlite slime and molding pressure on the performance of materials were explored. The results indicated that the activity of xonotlite slime and molding pressure have a great impact on the performance of materials. Controlling process parameters such as optimal carbide slag calcining temperature, dynamic hydrothermal synthesis and pressure filtration forming may prepare ultra-light microeellular thermal insulation material of calcium silicate. The produced material with density of 128 kg/m3 meets the standards of GB/T 10699--1998 "Calcium Silicate Thermal Insulation Products" and JISA 9510-- 1984 "Inorganic Porous Thermal Insulation Materials ".
