摘要
合成了2种离子液体,1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯化物[AMIMCl]和1-(2-甲基)烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯化物[(MA)MIMCl];考察了丝素蛋白在2种离子液体中的溶解特性,及在离子液体中的最佳溶解温度和最大溶解度.通过X-ray衍射,红外光谱(IR-FTIR)和热重分析(TGA)等手段对再生蚕丝素制品性能进行了初步的测试.结果表明:在90℃下,2种离子液体能够在30 min内溶解最大质量分数为15%的桑蚕丝丝素蛋白;经过离子液体溶解后,桑蚕丝的分子构象不发生变化,不发生衍生化反应,热稳定性有所下降,热分解温度降低.桑蚕丝丝素在离子液体中的溶解属于直接溶解.
Synthesized two kinds of ionic liquid, which is 1-allyl-l-3-methylimidazolium chloride [ AMIMC1] and 1-allyl-1.3-bimethylimidazolium chloride [ (MA) MIMC1 ], and investigated the dissolved properties of the silk fibroin in the ionic liquid. At the same time, the properties of regenerated silk fibroin were tested by X-ray diffraction, FTIR and TGA. Results showed that at the temperature of 90 ℃ , the maximum concentration of the silk fibroin dissolved in the two kinds of ionic liquids in 30 min could attain to 15%. After the silk being dissolved in the ionic liquid, the molecular conformation of the generation silk have not changed, the derivative reaction has not occured, but the thermal stability and thermal decomposition temperature decreased.
