摘要
本研究以金属铁为"牺牲"阳极,以不锈钢片为阴极,在无隔膜电解槽中,对电化学一步法合成纳米FeOOH过程中电流效率的影响因素进行了探讨。其结果表明:要获得较佳的电流效率,其适宜的工艺条件为:电流密度为12mA·cm-2;电解质浓度为0.08mol·L-1;电解温度为50℃;两极板间距为5.0mm。其中电流强度对电流效率的影响最大。
Nano-sized FeOOH was synthesized by one-step electrochemical method with pure metal iron as the sacrificial anode and the stainless steel plate as the cathode.The effect factor of current efficiency in the process was studied.The results show that when the optimum current efficiency was gotten,the appropriate process conditions should be as follows:current density(20mA·cm-2),Electrolyte concentrationthe (0.08mol·L-1),temperature(50℃),Bipolar plate distance(5.0mm).Among those,current intensity has the greatest impact on the current efficiency.
