“中部崛起”进程中的统筹城乡发展研究

The Analysis of Integrating Rural and Urban Development with Rising of Central China

在新形势下统筹城乡发展成了决定中部崛起的突破口。针对中部地区城乡发展的新特点,基于经济社会发展的最新统计数据,以2004年中部崛起战略开始实施为起点,本文从城乡居民的收入水平、消费水平、社会发展水平三个维度对中部地区统筹城乡发展的现状进行了评价,明确了缩小城乡差距的着力点,分析了城乡差距扩大的成因,并提出了缩小中部地区城乡差距的对策建议。

Under the new situation,Integrating urban and rural development come to be the decision of Ris-ing of Central China. Based on the statistics of economic and social development,this paper,in view of the development characteristics of urban and rural in the central China,used for qualitative and quanti-tative evaluation of the urban-rural gap in the central China from three dimensions-income level,con-sumption level and social development level. Moreover,it analyzes the genesis of the gap widening and put forward some suggestions on narrow the gap between urban and rural in central China.
