摘要
随着高校毕业生人数的增加和产业结构调整,社会对劳动力素质的要求不断提升,就业已经成为制约高等教育发展的核心要素。通过对高等职业教育教学模式改革动因的论述,提出了构建新型课程与教学模式过程、改进学生职业生涯规划和进入职场的支持系统,提出了新课程模式实施的限制因素与高职教师培训方向,以期实现高等学校和企业之间从知识、技术到管理与文化的有效互动,促进高职院校的人才培养。
With the increase of graduates and the restructuring of industrial structure,the quality of requirements for the continual promotion of higher education,employment has become the core elements conditioned to the development.Though the discussion of the higher vocational education reform drivers,suggested that the course of course of building the new curriculum and teaching model,improving the career planning and the support system of entering careers,and also the limiting factor of new curriculum and the direction of vocational teachers' training.With a view to achieving the interaction effectively between institutions and enterprises from knowledge,skills,manage and culture,and promoting colleges in the professorship training.
