摘要
报道了两类除草剂芳氧苯氧丙酸酯(APP)和环己二酮(CHD)的四种主要的除草作用机制。其中,ACC酶是它们公认的作用靶标;膜电位去极化是目前仍在争议中的作用机制;三酮类CHD能够抑制HPPD酶的活性;肟醚类CHD则可作为光电子传递抑制剂。文中还介绍了基于ACC酶设计的新抑制剂。
Four main mechanisms of the action of aryloxyphenoxypropionate (APP)and cyclohexanedione(CHD)herbicides have been reported.There is strong evidence that they inhibit ACCase,a key enzyme that catalyzes the first committed step in de novo biosynthesis of fatty acids.The depolarization of Em is a controversial mode.CHD with a benzoyl group could inhibit plant HPPDase,a component of the biosynthetic pathway to plastoquinone and α-tocopherol,while CHD with an enamine moiety are potent electron transport inhibitors.The design of novel graminicides based on ACCase is introduced.
