摘要
采用HyperXtrude软件模拟了薄壁铝合金型材的稳态挤压过程.模拟结果显示型材的中心部位向上翘起,这是由于出口流动速度图中A区域的挤出速度明显快于其他区域导致的.随后的实验验证表明型材的中心部位确有向上翘起现象,测量结果表明试模实验挤出的型材平面度超差,属不合格产品,这证明模拟结果是准确的.HyperXtrude软件能够比较准确的预测挤压过程中型材各部位的流速和变形,这对于在早期设计阶段就能修正模具缺陷是至关重要的.
The steady state extrusion process of a thin-walled aluminium profile is simulated by HyperXtrude software.The simulation results show that the center of the profile is warped,which is due to the faster flow velocity of the zone A in the exit velocity figure.The following trial-manufacturing experiment proves that the center of the profile is really warped.The measurement shows that the flatness of the extruded profile in experiment is beyond tolerance,the product is substandard,which proves the correctness of the simulation result.HyperXtrude software can accurately predict the velocity and the deformation of various parts of the profile in extrusion process,which is extremely important for defect correction when the product is still in earlier designing stage.
