中药材桔梗规范化栽培部分关键技术研究

Study on Part of Key Techniques of Standardized Cultivation About Chinese Traditional Medicine Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.

[目的]基于GAP认证,研制北方中药材桔梗[Platycodon grandi florum(Jacq.)A.]规范化种植技术,为从源头上保证中药材质量提供科学依据。[方法]根据桔梗生长发育规律确定其最佳采收期;并筛选桔梗立枯病和叶斑病的无公害防治方法。[结果]9月中旬是桔梗最佳收获期,此时气候冷凉干燥,便于桔梗的后处理。配合施用75.0%巨邦超微可湿性粉剂0.7 g/L和50.0%多菌灵可湿性超微粉1.4 g/L防治立枯病和叶斑病,可以收到满意的效果。[结论]该研究可为桔梗优质高产栽培奠定理论基础。

[Objective]Based on GAP authentication,from the source to ensure the quality of Chinese traditional medicines,the key techniques about the North standardized cultivation of Chinese traditional medicines Platycodon grandiflorum（Jacq.） A.were studied.[Method] The best harvest time of Platycodon grandiflorum（Jacq.） A.was confirmed,and the pollution-free precautionary method of controlling its Seedling Blight and Leaf Spot was obtained.[Result] The results showed that the best harvest time of Platycodon grandiflorum（Jacq.） A.was in the second ten days of September.At this time,the cool and dry climate was convenient for its post-processing.It had good effects of applying 75% Jubang AMD WP 0.7 g/L and 50% Carbendazim WP ultrafine powder 1.4 g/L simultaneously to control Seedling Blight and Leaf Spot of Platycodon grandiflorum（Jacq.） A..[Conclusion] The study can lay the theoretical basis for high-yield cultivation of Platycodon grandiflorum（Jacq.） A..
