摘要
在行政管理学课程中引入案例教学是由行政管理学学科特点和教学特点所决定的,尝试从做好案例教学准备工作、有效组织教学实施和客观进行教学评价三大环节来完善行政管理学课程案例教学模式,对创新行政管理学教学理念、培养学生的行政管理实践能力具有重要意义。
Case teaching is often adopted in the course of administration management,which is decided by the characteristics of the course itself as well as the teaching method.Three main steps,including preparing for case teaching,organizing effective implementation and making objective evaluation,will have important significance to innovate on teaching concepts and to cultivate students' practical abilities of administration management.
