摘要
目的:观察芪益强肾饮治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:96例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组48例,对照组48例,两组在一般治疗处理的基础上,治疗组予芪益强肾饮加减口服,对照组予口服血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素受体阻滞剂,共治疗3个月,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效。结果:治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用芪益强肾饮治疗糖尿病肾病疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the outcome of diabetic nephropathy（DN）treated with ＂Qiyiqiangshen＂Traditional Chinese Herbs. Methods：Forty-eight patients with DN were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=48）and the control group（n=48）.Except for routine treatment,patients of treatment group were treated with the Qiyiqiangshen Mixture and patients of control group were treated with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker. The outcome was evaluated after 3 months treatment. Results：The outcome of treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.01）in the end of the treatment course. Conclusion：＂Qiyiqiangshen＂Traditional Chinese Herbs has satisfactory curative effect on DN.
