摘要
应用边界元法(BEM)计算了两种牙轮钻头大滑动轴承的接触参数,讨论了外载荷、配合间隙、材料配对组合等因素对滑动轴承接触力学性质的影响。计算结果表明,小尺寸钻头上载荷的减小值与轴承结构尺寸的减小值不成比例关系,这是小直径钻头寿命短的原因之一。滑动轴承载荷增大时,峰值接触压力的变化幅度比接触区域的变化幅度大,前者又比载荷的变化幅度小,这说明该类接触问题是非线性的。轴承系统的径向间隙越小,相应的峰值接触压力越低;轴承摩擦副材料硬度越低,相应的峰值接触压力越低。
The contact parameters of journal bearing of two kinds of rock bit are calculated with the BEM(boundary element method) program for solving contact problem about two dimensional frictionless of journal bearing. Some important factors, such as external load, radial clearance and coupling material properties, have the effects on the contact parameters. The decrease of load acting on the journal bearing is not proportional to the decrease of dimension of journal bearing. Halving drill pressure and doubling rotation speed can not reduce the performance load between friction pairs. The smaller the axial tolerance of bear is, or the lower the hardness of material making of friction pair is, the lower the peak contact pressure will be.
