摘要
针对核桃、榛子、山楂等果实的分级需要,设计了滚筒式分级机。详细介绍分级机的设计原理,并计算其主要工作部件滚筒(节数、孔眼总数、转数、功率)和筛面(尺寸、筛孔)的参数,以满足不同的分级需要,实现粗选、精选并适应不同的物料要求,实现一机多用。
The roller-type classifier was devised in light of the grading demand for walnut,hazelnut and hawthorn fruit.Major parameters were calculated for its main working parts,including pitch number,total eye holes,revolution number and power as well as the size and the sieve pore of the sifter so as to meet the requirement of various gratings and make the machine suitable for various purposes.
