摘要
地下空间作为城市发展的重要空间资源。开发利用地下空间,不仅可以提高城市土地资源的利用效率,也有助改善居住区的生活环境。以"万源城"为例,介绍了"万源城"结合居住区的实际,利用地下资源,尽可能地突破原有民用地下空间在功能上的局限性,综合开发利用地下空间的做法。
Underground space is an important space resource of urban development.Development and utilization of underground space can not only increase utilization efficiency of urban land resources,but also conduces to improvement of living environment of residential districts.This paper takes ＂Wanyuancheng＂ for example,introducing the practice of ＂Wanyuancheng＂ of combining with actual situation of the residential district,utilizing underground resources,and breaking the limitation in functions of original civil underground space as far as possible for comprehensive development and utilization of underground space.
