摘要
在学校教育中,自我教育是促成大学生自我发展、自我完善必不可少的重要途径和最终归宿。但是,置身于个体价值多元、快餐文化丰富的现代社会,大学生由于个性、心智上的复杂以及教师认知、行动中的偏差,阻碍了其自我教育的积极发展。一方面,大学生自我意识的发展存在波动性,其自我教育的过程存在差异性和多样性;另一方面,教育主体缺乏对大学生自我教育积极主动的激发和引导,缺乏对大学生自我教育必须条件的保障和创造。因此,高等教育需要重新建构大学生自我教育的实践机制,从引导机制、组织机制和运行机制等环节入手,不断推进大学生自我教育的有效性和持续性发展。
Self-education is an indispensable way and ultimate end for conducing to college student self-development and self-perfection in college education,whose active development,however,is inhibited by students' personal and mental perplexity as well as teachers' deviation in cognition and behavior in a modern society of multi-factor personal values and rich culture,for the fluctuation in students' self-consciousness development and the disparity and variety in the self-education process on the one hand,and the lack in educational subject's stimulation and guidance to and the lack in guarantee and creation of necessary conditions for the self-education on the other hand.And therefore it is necessary for higher education to re-construct a practice system for the self-education in the aspects of guidance,organization and operation,to promote its efficiency and sustainability.
