摘要
成人的学习动机存在着性别差异,主要表现在学习动机取向、职业取向、外界期望取向、竞争取向和社会交往取向等方面。本文基于对男女性别在学习动机上差异性的研究,提出在成人教育的政策、教育的内容、教育的过程等方面都应当区别对待。
There are gender differences in adult learning motivation which show mainly in learning motivation orientation, career orientation. outside expectation orientation, competition orientation, social interaction orientation, etc. Based on the research on male - female gender differences in learning motivation, it is advanced that different ways should be used in adult education policy, contents, process, etc.
