平菇液体菌种发酵终点的简便检测方法 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]确定平菇液体菌种的发酵终点。[方法]进行液体摇瓶发酵试验,以液体摇瓶的质量变化为参数,依据微生物典型生长曲线对摇瓶中菌丝体发酵终点时间做出判断。[结果]2种平菇的发酵摇瓶均在5 d时质量变化达到最低。[结论]平菇液体菌种生长周期为5 d。 [Objective] The purpose of the study was to determine the fermentation terminus of Pleurotus ostreatus.[Method] The liquid fermentation was carried out in the shaking flask.Using the quality change of the shaking flask as a parameter,based on the typical growth curve of microbe,the fermentation terminus time of mycelium in shaking flask was judged.[Result] On the fifth day,the quality changes of the shaking flasks for two strains were all to meet the minimum.[Conclusion]The liquid spawn growth cycle of the two strains were 5 days.
