2005—2008年杭州农村地区有产房医院首针乙肝疫苗接种情况

Evaluation on HB vaccination for newborns in maternity ward of Hangzhou Country side during 2005-2008

目的:了解乙肝疫苗列入计划免疫后,杭州市农村地区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。方法:抽取杭州市2005—2008年农村地区有产房医院的16457名新生儿进行调查。结果:农村地区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率达到了99.30%、99.14%,母亲HB sA g阳性率8.35%。结论:杭州市农村地区医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。

Objective To investigate HB vaccination rate of the first dose for newborns in maternity ward after HB vaccine was brought into EPI in Hangzhou countryside. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was applied to draw 16,457 newborns of Hangzhou during 2005--2008. Results The vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns reached 99.30% and 99.14% ,respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg was 8.35% among the mothers. Conclusion The vaccination of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns was well carried out in obstetrical department in Hangzhou countryside
