摘要
针对低频微弱信号测量仪表频带不宽、测量精度不高的问题,本文介绍了一种应用计算机测控技术的微弱信号标准装置,在仪表结构设计上提出了解决嵌入式计算机与微弱信号测量电路之间电磁兼容的方法,在软件设计上采用量程校准、数字滤波、幅频曲线拟合与频响误差修正等方法进行计算机数据处理。通过实验结果分析与比较,得出嵌入式计算机应用于微弱信号测量仪表中可优化仪器结构、扩展工作频率、提高测量精度、改善技术性能,并可利用软件实现硬件难以达到的部分功能。
Againsting the proplem of narrow testing frequency band and low testing precision in low frequency weak signal measurement device,this paper introduced one weak signal standard device appling computer measurement and control technology,offer some ways to solve electromagnetic compatibility between embedded computer and weak signal measurement circuit in construction design of the device,process computer data with range calibration,digital filter,amplitude-frequency curve-fitting and frequency response error correction in design of software.Through the analysis and comparison of the experiment result,embedded computer can optimize the overall structure,extend frequency,improve the measurement accuracy and improve technical performance using in weak signal measurement device,also can achieve some functions which hardwave do it difficultly by softwave.
