摘要
对镁合金铸造后缺陷的焊补进行试验,在改变焊接工艺参数和焊接条件的同时,对焊补后焊缝及热影响区进行了无损检测。在保证焊补质量的前提下对焊接参数进行了优化,总结出了最佳的焊接参数和焊接条件,基本达到了铸件焊补要求。为了防止焊补缺陷产生,提出了几点焊补注意事项。
The casting defects of magnesium alloys was welded under different welding parameters and conditions,and the non-destructive test was carried out for the weld joint and heat affected zone. In the premise of ensuring the quality of welding,the welding parameters were optimized,and the best welding parameter and welding condition were obtained,which reach the requirements of casting repair welding. Some points for attention of repair welding were put forward in order to prevent the welding repair defects.
