摘要
讨论了矩阵式交交变换器(MC)的主电路和控制系统。主电路采用反向串联的双向IGBT开关,用可编程逻辑元件实现四步切换,以保证安全换流。在输入相电流空间矢量调制和输出线电压空间矢量调制的基础上,根据开关函数的瞬时对应关系及其限定条件,综合出MC的PWM控制策略。最后,给出了仿真与实验波形。
The main circuit with anti series bi directional IGBT switches and control system of MC are approached. To guarantee safe commutation,a four stepped switching strategy is realized by using programmable logic devices. The instantaneous corresponding relationship between the switching functions of MC and its equivalent AC DC AC topology with the limiting conditions is deduced,so that the PWM strategy of MC can be synthesized on the basis of space vector modulation of input phase currents and output line voltages.Finally,the simulation and experimental waves are given.
