摘要
描述了水、皮革及纺织品中五氯苯酚(PCP)检测的必要性,介绍了部分国内外皮革与纺织品中五氯苯酚(PCP)提取技术的研究状况,包括:液液提取技术(LLE)、水蒸气蒸馏技术(SD)、微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏技术(MASD)、固相萃取技术(SPE)、固相微萃取技术(SPME)、超临界流体萃取技术(SFE)、快速溶剂萃取技术(ASE)等各种提取技术的原理及方法,以及各自的优劣和弊端,重点介绍了快速溶剂萃取技术(ASE),在优化皮革及纺织品中五氯苯酚(PCP)提取方面的应用及前景。
The necessity of analyzing pentachlorophenol (PCP) in the water,textiles and leather was reviewed. The research situation of pretreatment technology of PCP in textiles & leather at home and abroad, including the principle, method, advantages and disadvantages of liquid - liquid extraction ( LLE), steam distillation ( SD), microwave - assisted steam distillation ( MASD), solid - phase extraction ( SPE), solid phase micro - extraction ( SPME), supercritical fluid extraction ( SFE), accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and so on. The application and future prospects of accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) in the optimization of pretreatment of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in textiles and leather was also introduced.
