摘要 介绍了激光冲击处理、离子注入和爆炸冲击这三种新的表面处理技术的原理、特点和发展状况,并从多方面对它们进行了比较和分析。根据实验结果,讨论了提高金属材料疲劳寿命的机制。 Three new surface treatment processes, laser shock processing, ion implantation and explosive shocking, have been used to improve fatigue behaviour of metallic materials.This paper describes their principles, characteristics and development. Based on experimetal results, the mechnisms to enhance fatigue life are discussed. At last, compare these technologiesfrom all aspects.
