摘要
文章采用陈国明和Starosta开发的跨文化交际敏感量表,测定中外合资企业中方员工跨文化敏感水平。研究结果显示:中方员工的跨文化敏感处于中等偏下水平。在构成跨文化敏感的五个层面中,员工的差异认同感最强,交际愉悦感最弱。皮尔逊相关系数对比显示,差异认同感与交际参与度和交际信心相关系数较高,与交际愉悦感之间相关系数不大。本研究为跨文化管理和培训研究提供进一步的实证基础。
The Chinese employees' intercultural awareness is measured with the scales developed by Chen Guo-ming and Starosta.The results reveal a low level of intercultural awareness among Chinese employees.Among the 5 aspects of the intercultural awareness,the awareness of difference identity is the highest while the communicative happiness is the lowest.The Pearson's correlation coefficient tells that the difference identity highly correlates to communicative confidence and low to communicative happiness.This research offers an empirical evidence for intercultural management and training.
