急性胰腺炎的中西医结合与单纯西医治疗临床效果对比研究

目的对中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎与单纯的西医治疗临床效果进行对比研究。方法将102例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组(51例)和治疗组(51例),分别接受单纯西医治疗和中西医结合治疗,对其临床效果进行对比研究。结果对照组总有效率为88.2%,治疗组总有效率为98.0%,存在显著的差异(P<0.05);且中西医结合的治疗方式具有疗程短、节省费用的优点。结论中西医结合比单纯西医治疗具有更好的治疗效果,在急性胰腺炎的临床治疗中值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis with simple clinical effects of western medicine therapy comparative study. Mehods The 102 cases of acute pancreatitis patients were randomized control （51） and the treatment group （51）, western medicine therapy and accept simple of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the clinical effect of comparative study. Results Controls effectiveness is 88.2%, for 98.0% treatment group, there is significant difference （P〈0.05）. And the way of combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment with short course, save cost advantages. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is better than pure western medicine treatment effect, in the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis is worthy of further promotion.
