摘要
运用精细化管理理论与方法,将读者需求研究与实践工作结合起来,分析了图书馆实施面向需求的读者服务精细化管理的必要性、实现途径,同时对如何有效落实进行了探讨,使图书馆能真正站在读者角度,用心打造服务细节,努力提升读者服务质量。
The article uses the fine management theory and method to combine reader requirements research and really woke together.discuss the necessity and implementing approach of implementing fine management of library services that based on the reader requirements,discuss the method that carry out the fine management efficiency at the same time,let the library can stand the point of reader,serve the detail by heart,and then,prove the quality of reader service.
