在建筑设计中，不符合规范要求及房屋高度、层数超规范要求的现象普遍存在。列举了几种不符合规范要求的设计，提出以合理的抗震设计来加以解决。

There are some practices which do not accord with the standards in design of archtecture, such as the height of house and the number of stores .Several nonstandard designs are listed and reasonable designs for anti-earthquake are presented.
