摘要 基于dSPACE实时仿真系统和Carsim RT车辆动力学软件,建立了基于硬件在环的汽车制动控制器仿真测试系统。该系统可快速、准确地进行电子制动控制器的功能测试和性能评估,以及故障在线模拟和诊断。有助于在产品开发过程中及时发现设计缺陷和潜在问题,并指导实车测试,进一步提高产品的安全性和可靠性,缩短开发周期。 The braking controller testing system based on hardware in loop simulation is established based on dSPACE real-time simulation system and Carsim RT vehicle dynamic software. The function test and performance evaluation of the electric braking controller and failure online simulation and diagnosis can be carried out quickly and accurately. It can help to find design defects and potential problems in the process of development, and to instruct vehicle testing to improve its safety and reliability and to reduce the development cycle.
