摘要
从系统化整体护理的引入、模式病房的建设、护理人员的培训、临床实施整体护理取得的成绩等方面综述了系统化整体护理在我国的开展状况。提出：护理人员观念的转变、知识的更新与拓宽、护理人员编制不足是目前亟待解决的问题。
From introduction of systematic approach to holistic nursing care,construction of the model ward,training of nursing staff,and achievements through clinical implementation of holistic nursing care and so forth,to sum up the development of the systematic holistic nursing care in our country.Suggested that change of the idea of nursing staff,renewal and opening up of the knowledge,and shortage of nursing staff are the main problems that need to be solved urgently at present.
