CO_2激光辐射对不同辣椒品种生物学效应的影响

摘要 采用CO2激光,分别对5个品种辣椒萌动种子的胚进行处理,试验结果表明:一定程度的激光刺激能使辣椒产生双头苗,使辣椒植株更加健壮,抗逆增强,能够推迟早熟品种的生育期,促进中晚熟辣椒品种的生长发育。可见不同品种对激光照射的反应并不一致,要掌握品种特性,确定品种对激光的有利敏感时期以及激光刺激作物的有效剂量。 The sprouted embryos of five peppers were radiated by CO2 laser, the results showed that some peppers sprout could have two head and the plants became stronger when radiated by significant extent CO2 laser; the growth and development of early mature breed postponed and serotinous breed accelerated. The reactions of different peppers to CO2 laser radiation were different. The sensitive period of different breeds and effective dosage of CO2 laser radiation should be ascertained.
