谈创新教育中大学生专利意识的培养

On Cultivating College Students' Patent Consciousness in Creative Education

知识产权的运用无论在企业还是在整个国家的发展战略中都极其重要,而当今大学生的知识产权意识薄弱,缺乏专利战略意识,高校在大力发展创新教育的同时应采取积极措施培养大学生的专利意识,树立知识产权的保护概念。简述了专利意识的概念及内容,分析了大学生专利意识的现状和大学生专利意识薄弱的原因,提出了培养大学生专利意识的对策。

Intellectual property plays important roles no matter in the development strategy of enterprise or the whole country,while college students＇ patent consciousness is weak.The creative education should be greatly innovated in university,meanwhile students＇ patent consciousness should be cultivated,and the concept of intellectual property protection should be set up.The concept and content of patent consciousness are briefly introduced.The status of college students＇ patent consciousness and the reasons of weak patent consciousness are analyzed.The countermeasures of cultivating patent consciousness are put forward.
