钎焊金刚石线锯切割铝合金厚板试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决铝合金厚板成形切割的问题,使用自制的钎焊金刚石线锯,在磨床改装的试验平台上,对50mm厚的铝合金厚板进行了初步切割试验。结果表明:用钎焊金刚石线锯成形切割铝合金厚板是可行的。 In order to solve the problems of forming cutting aluminum alloy plates,the self-made brazed diamond wire saw is used to conduct the preliminary cutting tests on the 50 mm aluminum alloy plates on the modified grinder experimental platform.The results indicate that the brazed diamond wire saw is feasibly used for aluminum alloy plates forming cutting.
