注射用双黄连治疗上呼吸道感染86例临床观察

目的：观察注射用双黄连冻干粉针剂治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法：将86例上呼吸道感染患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,分别注射用双黄连冻干粉针剂和利巴韦林治疗.结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组,X^2=5.4,Ρ〈0.05,两组均未发生明显不良反应.结论：注射用双黄连冻干粉针剂治疗上呼吸道感染疗效满意,且无明显不良反映,值得临床推广应用.

Methods： Infects the patient 86 example upper respiratory tracts to divide equally stochastically for the treatment group and the control group,injects separately with the double Chinese goldthread rhizome freezing and drying medicine in powder form for injections medicinal preparation and the Layman welling treats. Results：The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group, X= 5.4, p〈0.05, two groups have not occurred not good responded obviously.
