The clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery under laparoscope for treatment of patients with tumor of thyroid gland

摘要 目的:探讨不同手术方式治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床效果.方法:87例甲状腺肿瘤患者被随机分为实验组(n=45)和对照组(n=42),对照组给予传统手术治疗,实验组给予腹腔镜微创手术治疗.结果:实验组手术时间显著长于对照组(P〈0.05),但术后并发症和疤痕长度显著等指标优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:患者应该根据自己的实际情况,选择适合自己的手术方式,以达到更好的治疗效果. Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different surgery treatment for patients with tumor of thyroid gland. Methods: 87 cases of patients with tumor of thyroid gland were randomly divided into experimental group (n =45) and control group (n =42). Control groups were given traditional surgery, and experimental group were given minimally invasive surgery under laparoscope. Results:The hospital time of experimental group were significantly longer than that of control group (p 〈 0. 05), but the complications and length of scar after surgery in experimental group was significantly better(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:For the better clinical effect, patients with tumor of thyroid gland should choose proper surgery method according to own actual sates.
