摘要
目的了解护理本科生健康行为自我效能的现状及其相关因素。方法采用健康行为自我效能评价量表,对某大学139名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生健康行为自我效能总分(87.35±13.27)分,在4个维度中以运动效能的得分最低。大学3年级学生健康行为自我效能总分高于大学2年级和大学5年级的学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理教育者应根据不同年级学生的特点,加强护理本科生健康行为自我效能,以促进其采取积极的健康促进生活方式。
Objective To understand the self - efficacy for health behaviors and its influencing factors among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Self - Rated Abilities for Health Practice Scale was used to survey 139 undergraduate nursing students. Results The total score of the self - efficacy for health behaviors was (87.35 ±13.27 ). Among the four subscales, the exercise dimension score was the lowest. The total score of the junior students was higher than those of sophomore and fifth - year students ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion According to the characters of students in different grades, nursing educators should take measuers to enhance their self - efficacy for health behaviors, so as to better their health life styles.
