血清S-100B蛋白与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的关系探讨

Exploration on relationship between serum S-100B protein and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血脑病(HIE)血清中蛋白的变化规律,观察HIE患儿血清S-100B蛋白的变化,旨在探讨新生儿HIE的早期诊断及预后判断的价值。方法:检测90例HIE患儿(轻、中、重度各30例)血清中蛋白的值,并与30例正常新生儿脐带血中该值进行比较。结果:按临床分度标准将HIE患儿分为轻、中、重3组。轻度组蛋白平均值为(4.09±0.60)ng/mL,与正常对照组平均值(2.35±0.88)ng/mL比较,增高显著(P<0.01);中度组平均值为(5.95±0.79)ng/mL,与正常对照组平均值比较,增高显著(P<0.01);重度组平均为(7.80±0.79)ng/mL,与正常对照组比较,增高显著(P<0.01);且轻、中、重度3组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),蛋白值随HIE严重程度增加而增高。结论:HIE患儿早期血清中蛋白即有明显升高,其异常程度与病情轻重有关。

Objective：To explore the change regularity of serum proteins in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy（HIE）,observe the changes of serum S-100B protein,in order to explore the early diagnosis of HIE and value of serum S-100B protein in predicting prognosis.Methods：The serum levels of S-100B protein in 90 neonates with HIE（30 neonates of mild HIE,30 neonates of moderate HIE,30 neonates of severe HIE）,then the results were compared with those in umbilical cord blood of 30 normal neonates.Results：90 neonates with HIE were divided into mild HIE group,moderate HIE group and severe HIE group,the average level of serum S-100B protein in mild HIE group was（4.09±0.60） ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that in control group（（2.35±0.88） ng/ml）（P〈0.01）;the average level of serum S-100B protein in moderate HIE group was（5.95±0.79） ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）;the average level of serum S-100B protein in severe HIE group was（7.80±0.79） ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）;there was significant difference in average level of serum S-100B protein among mild HIE group,moderate HIE group and severe HIE group（P〈0.01）,the average level of serum S-100B protein increased with the development of HIE.Conclusion：The serum S-100B protein level increases significantly in neonates with HIE,the degree of abnormality is related to severity of the disease.
