摘要 组织变革是连锁经营企业应对内外环境和商业竞争必需采取的适应性战略。文章试透过感性视角,从连锁组织系统变革的主体环节中探寻其变革的感性因素,进而实现在理性选择和分析上的感性抉择,积极促成连锁组织系统变革。
