Loss of water,erosion of soil and vegetation

本文着重从定量关系出发，综述了植被丛冠层、枯枝落叶层、根系层防止水土流失方面的作用，包括植被覆盖度与降雨截留量土壤流失量和拦沙强度等，有效根密度与土壤抗冲性，有效深度、有效幅度与土体抗剪强度等的定量关系。

In this article,the effects of vegetation,including its crown layer,withered and falling layer and root layer were expounded,emphatically in the way of prevention to the loss of water and erosion of soil.Relationship between vegetation coverage and evaporation interception,quantity of soil loss and intensity of sand-retention;effective root density and anti-scourability of soil;as well as sheer-resistance of soil and effective depth and range of root were summarized quantitively.
