无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理

Noninvasive Ventilation for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure:Clinical Nursing

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理措施。方法本文对我院2006年2月～2009年3月收治的32例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理过程进行分析。结果所有接受BiPAP呼吸机治疗的患者在治疗后胸闷、呼吸困难改善。PO2≥60mmHg,PCO2≤50mmHg,呼吸频率<26次/min。除3例胃胀气、1例面部皮肤损伤外,无其他不良反应。结论在积极采取BiPAP呼吸机治疗中,护士应正确使用呼吸机,保持患者呼吸道畅通给予患者合理的营养支持和心理护理,加强并发症的观察与护理。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure by noninvasive ventilation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical nursing for 32 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from Feb. 2006 to March 2009. Results Chest tightness and shortness of breath were improved in all cases after the treatment by the BiPAP ventilation, and PO2 ≥60mmHg, PCO2 ≤ 50mmHg and respiratory rate〈26 times/min, with no other adverse reactions. Conclusion While the BiPAP ventilation is supplying, nurses should know how to make correct use of a breathing machine and ensure the airway is unobstructed, supply a reasonable nutritional support and psychological care to patients and strengthen the observation and care of complications.
