血小板膜糖蛋白和血流变相关参数变化对2型糖尿病患者血管病变的影响(附120例报告) 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白和血流变相关参数的变化对2型糖尿病患者血管病变的影响及其临床意义。方法利用流式细胞仪、普利生公司LYB—N6C全自动血液流变仪分别对健康对照、2型糖尿病无血管病变和2型糖尿病有血管病变患者同时进行血小板膜糖蛋白(CD62p,CD63,PAC-1)表达和血液流变学相关参数的检测。结果 2型糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白和血液流变学指标与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2型糖尿病有血管病变组和2型糖尿病无血管病变组血小板膜糖蛋白和血液流变学指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板膜糖蛋白和血流变相关参数的变化在2型糖尿病血管病变发生、发展中有重要作用,对临床研究2型糖尿病并发症有较大参考价值。 Objective To investigate the infection and clinical significance of parameters associated with plaeletmembrane glycoprotein,hemorheology changes to microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes.Methods Parameters associated with plaeletmembrane glycoprotein,hemorheology changes of 120 cases of type 2 diabetes(including 60 with microvascular complications and 60 without microvascular complications) and 60 healthy objects were observed with cytoflower and LBY-N6 Compact.Results The plaeletmembrane glycoprotein,hemorheology changes were significantly different between type 2 diabetes groups and healthy objects(P〈0.05);so as to type 2 diabetes with microangiopathy and type 2 diabetes without microangiopathy(P〈0.05).Conclusion Plaeletmembrane glycoprotein and hemorheology changes were important in the happen and development of microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes,and can be a valuable index in the investigation of type 2 diabetes complications.
