浅谈社区管理对高血压患者血压控制的影响

To Discuss the Impact of the Community-based Management on Blood Pressure Control in Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨以社区为单位对高血压患者进行统一管理和教育对高血压的影响。方法通过对社区高血压人群的血压控制率、药物不良反应及其影响因素的研究结果分析及社区干预对高血压控制率影响的结果分析,判断社区管理对高血压患者血压控制的影响。结果高血压人群的血压控制率很低,通过社区干预明显提高血压控制率。结论社区干预能长期有效地控制血压。

Objective To explore the impact of community-based integrated management of hypertensive patients and education on high blood pressure.Methods To judge the impact of the community management on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients,by analysis of The population of the community blood pressure control rate of hypertension,adverse drug reaction,its influencing factors analysis of the findings and the influence of community intervention on blood pressure control.Results The blood pressure control rate among people with hypertension is very low,yet community-based interventions significantly increase blood pressure control rate.Conclusion The community interventions long-term effectively control blood pressure.
