摘要
为了使航天制造企业能够根据市场订单需求快速调整组织制造资源,简化生产调度过程,提高生产调度质量,提出了基于虚拟制造单元的制造资源组织模型,探讨了该模型的理论思想,给出了虚拟制造单元的两步构建方法,并提出了利用合作型多目标优化协同进化算法解决资源选择问题,构建了以多条加工路线相似系数之和最大(倒数最小)、运输成本最小和设备生产负荷均衡的多目标优化问题。将这一多目标优化问题分解为多个子问题,分别用多个子种群进行进化,并采用一种新型的子种群间合作方式,最终产生一个Pareto最优解集。该方法提高了候选解的多样性,为生产调度提供了多样性选择。
To adjust manufacturing resources rapidly according to the market demand,simplify production scheduling process and improve scheduling quality,a manufacturing resources organization model based on Virtual Manufactur-ing Cell(VMC)was proposed.Then,theory of VMC was discussed and two-step VMC formation method was put forward.To solve the resource selection problem,a Multi-Objective Collaborative Co-Evolutionary Algorithm(MOCCEA)was employed.And a multi-objective optimization problem model was constructed,which was aimed to maximize the sum of processing routes'similarity coefficient(minimize its reciprocal),minimize the total cost and time of transportation,and minimize the machine load balance.This multi-objective problem was decomposed into various sub-problems.A novel model of collaboration among subpopulations was adopted,eventually a Pareto opti-mal solution set was generated.The diversity of candidate solutions was improved,and diversified selection of pro-duction scheduling was provided.
