通过对常减压炉炉管的材料成分分析、金相检验和能谱分析,确定了焊缝产生裂纹的原因和炉管内壁产生腐蚀坑的原因,并提出预防产生裂纹的建设性措施。
through the metallurgy analysis, metallographic analysis and energy dispersive spectrometry (ESD) of atmospheric tower furnace tubes, the causes of cracks in welds and corrosion pits in the internal wall of tubes are determined, and measures to prevent the cracks arc proposed.
