卡介菌多糖核酸改善哮喘患者肺功能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸(斯奇康,polysaccharid nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin,BCGPSN)对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的治疗效果。方法 60例轻、中度哮喘病患者随机分为卡介菌治疗组(36例)和对照组(24例)。治疗组患者常规治疗加肌肉注射斯奇康1mg,对照组常规治疗+肌肉注射生理盐水0.5ml,均隔日一次,共12周;每4周调整药物治疗到哮喘症状理想控制状态并记录;分别于治疗前、治疗后第4周、第8周、第12周测量肺功能:第一秒钟用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、最大呼气峰值流速(peak in maximal expiratory flow,PEF)。结果与对照组和治疗前比较,治疗组不仅在第4、8、12周FEV1、PEF明显改善,同时在哮喘症状控制理想的状态下,平喘药物的使用明显减少。结论卡介菌多糖核酸能改善哮喘患者肺功能、减少轻、中度哮喘病患者的药物治疗,在轻、中度哮喘的治疗中有一定作用。 Objective To examine whether polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG-PSN) can improve the lung function of patients with asthma.Methods Sixty patients with mild to moderate asthma were randomly divided into treatment group that received normal treatment and muscle injection of 1 mg BCG-PSN (n=36) and placebo group that received normal treatment and muscle injection of 0.5ml normal saline (n=24) in double-blinded fashion.Medication was adjusted every 4 weeks to maintain the optimal control on asthma.Lung functions,including forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and peak in maximal expiratory flow (PEF) were measured before treatment and 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results In the treatment group,FEV1 and PEF were significantly increased.The asthma symptoms were in a good control,and the medication dosage was reduced.Conclusion BCG-PSN can improve the lung function and reduce medication use in mild to moderate asthma patients.BCG -PSN might be effective in treating asthma.
