色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的影像学表现

目的探讨色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的10例色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的影像学表现,10例均作X光平片正侧位检查,其中2例加作CT平扫,2例加作MRI平扫。结果平片显示关节间隙因积液而增宽3例;因关节软骨破坏而变窄3例;近关节面处出现囊状骨质缺损,有硬化边缘8例。CT显示关节肿胀,关节周围有软组织肿块,关节面毛糙,且有骨质缺损2例。MRI显示关节滑膜增厚,T1和T2加权图像上均可见低信号区域2例。结论 MRI对色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的诊断有特征性的改变。
