摘要
用天然水镁石粉末填充于聚丙烯塑料之中,氧指数的测定和水平燃烧实验研究,结果表明,当水镁石填充量达到40份时,PP/水镁石复合材料可作阻燃材料使用;当水镁石填充量达到60份时,PP/水镁石复合材料可作难燃材料使用.进一步研究证明,水镁石填充量达到40份以上时,具有良好的消烟性能,不会造成二次污染.残炭量的测试得出与氧指数相一致的结论.
The measurement of oxygen index and level burning test of
polypropylene filled w ith brucite powder show that when 40phr brucite was filled into
pp,pp/brucite co mposit e material can be used as flame resistant material;and when 60phr
brucite was f iled in pp,pp/brucite composite material can be used as high flame resistant ma
terial.Farther more,it is also shown that when the brucite is filled much more t han 40pher the
material will be smoke less, and it can't cause the second pollution. The result of carbon left
testing is conformed with as oxygen index.
