摘要
上皮样血管肉瘤（epithelioid angiosarcoma）是一种少见的上皮样血管源性肿瘤。有报道发生在深部组织、皮肤、甲状腺、肾上腺、乳腺和骨等部位。由于该肿瘤恶性程度很高，预后差，准确诊断和充分治疗尤为重要。本文收集2004年5月至2009年5月铁法煤业集团公司总医院和中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的5例颅骨上皮样血管肉瘤的临床资料，结合文献分析总结如下。
